A seasoned attorney and executive, Tiffany has 15+ years of experience working with emerging and established technology companies, entrepreneurs and venture capitalists.
Before founding Pragnetic Partners, Tiffany served as the Deputy General Counsel at MDC Partners (NASDAQ: MDCA), a holding company for leading advertising and marketing agencies. While at MDC, she led consolidation of legal services across the company’s portfolio of 40+ subsidiaries, founded the company’s privacy program, navigated the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the company’s international real estate portfolio, and supported the corporate development team on buy- and sell-side M&A - including the sale of MDC Partners to The Stagwell Group in 2021.
Prior to MDC, Tiffany served as General Counsel of Lotame, a leading AdTech and data solutions company. At Lotame, Tiffany supported the company through two rounds of funding, established the company’s global data privacy and security program, guided the company through the challenges of GDPR and CCPA, built Lotame’s legal and compliance team, drove key partnerships and technology acquisitions, and prevailed in a multi-district class action proceeding involving the VPPA.
Previously, Tiffany counseled leaders and boards at Vox Media, the New England Patriots, and the Kraft Group. In these roles, she partnered with her clients to structure revenue models, scale operations, and mitigate risk in rapid-change/high-growth environments.
Since 2011, Tiffany has served as an advisor to the MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference. As an industry expert on privacy and the use of data for advertising and marketing, she has been published and quoted in Entrepreneur, The Drum, Digiday, and AdAge.
Tiffany received a BA from Wellesley College and a JD from Boston College Law School. Prior to law school, Tiffany held roles at McKinsey & Company and Harvard Business School. A Midwest transplant, Tiffany lives in the greater Washington D.C. area with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, Tiffany is an amateur architecture and design enthusiast with a penchant for Haribo gummies.
